About The Position

Gill Construction is looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly, communicating with people, and keeping administrative tasks organized in a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for someone professional, detail-oriented, and friendly who can confidently handle incoming calls, support the team with administrative tasks, and help create a positive experience for clients and vendors.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently

Nice To Haves

  • Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Respond to emails and general office inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
  • Maintain digital files and organize company documents
  • Assist with data entry and updating records
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff as needed
  • Help keep projects and office operations organized
