We are looking for a hands-on professional responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Puerto Rico office, ensuring an efficient, organized and well-supported workplace. This role is primarily focused on office administration and workplace operations, while also providing coordination and support across key human resources processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the General Manager and Propel Holdings’ People and Culture team in Toronto, the Coordinator helps deliver a consistent employee and visitor experience that reflects Propel’s values and supports the company’s growth.
