About The Position

Onyx Odds is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their office and help create an efficient, professional work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The Office Administrator will work closely with team members, vendors, and leadership to support administrative operations and ensure the office stays organized and productive.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office administration, administrative assistant, or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard office tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in-office with some schedule flexibility
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist with data entry, reports, invoices, and other administrative projects
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support onboarding and new hire processes
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Provide general support to leadership and internal teams as needed
