The Office Administrator is responsible for various office support responsibilities and projects including data entry projects using SAP and Microsoft Office software.

Requirements

  • 2 year business, accounting or office degree or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior knowledge of office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry, and operating a switchboard preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English preferred.
  • Prefer strong working knowledge of PC for Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), internet, email, and SAP software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and reading skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple demands.
  • Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills include being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various office support responsibilities which may include purchasing and/or ordering office equipment and software support and projects including data entry projects using SAP and Microsoft Office software.
  • Acts as local contact and help desk for IT, HR, Power of Wellness (POW), cleaning service, and other general issues.
  • Completes order entry for sales samples and promotional accounts.
  • Coordinates security badges, security for doors, and completing usage reports.
  • May act as the quality coordinator for the location including managing issues and documentation, arranging internal audits, updating processes, manuals, and flow charts, logging changes, and facilitating the annual audit
  • Maintains office equipment.
  • Attends training programs as required.
  • Assists with branch meetings when needed.
  • Ensures counter day food is ordered, setup, and cleaned at end of day.
  • Performs the duties of the Office Associate/Receptionist, as needed.
  • May provide new employee orientation and on-boarding as needed.
  • Acts as the back-up for Supply Trax label printing.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
