Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator to perform all-purpose duties. This role may include assisting front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their jobs. The position is also responsible for accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates. Additionally, the Office Administrator will maintain Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards. A key aspect of the role is to provide a world-class customer experience by ensuring the center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
