About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of El Cajon has an opening for an Office Administrator in our accounting office. This position offers a great learning experience for the enthusiastic applicant that is looking for the opportunity to work & grow in a fast-paced automotive accounting business office! The ideal candidate has experience in an accounting office environment and he or she must be detail-oriented and proficient in scanning, filing and general office skills. Requirements

  • Clerical office experience preferred.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Excellent Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Scan various documents with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Run scan reports & export to excel & follow up on issues.
  • Work with scan vendor when needed for projects/system issues.
  • File assorted items related to the accounting office.
  • Maintain two file rooms with a strong attention to organization and accuracy.
  • General daily duties would include but not limited to retrieving morning mail, maintain clean well-stocked employee breakrooms and customer lounge.
  • Assist with morning deposits, process overnight mail, deal tear downs, etc.
  • Assist Business Manager / Office Manager as needed.
  • Assist various positions and team members in the business office as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
