About The Position

A real estate company seeks a polished individual to be the face and voice of the property. This role involves meeting and greeting tenants, staff, and vendors verbally or in person, and providing support to the property management and leasing teams.

Requirements

  • Positive Welcoming Attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Must have strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Reliability and good attendance are essential
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of property management software (MRI preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and directing the calls to the appropriate person in a positive, respectful, and receptive manner
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist A/P with mailing out checks
  • Receive rent checks from tenants
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Assist with mailings
  • Monitor Vendor W9 and Certificate of Insurance needs
  • Assist the Senior Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager with office issues
  • Purchasing if needed
  • Assist the Leasing team and PM team as needed
  • Management may assign additional duties
