Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join their Wealth Management team in Winnipeg on a full time, basis.

Responsibilities

  • Working with spreadsheets
  • Data entry
  • Creating file folders on shared drive
  • Working with a team including Advisors and assisting
  • Assisting the team in transferring documents
  • Dealing with paperwork and documentation
  • Minimum client contact alongside team members at direction of team
  • Dealing with various departments ie; transfers, and registered plans
