About The Position

The Office Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the branch by providing administrative and office support to employees, customers, and leadership. Responsibilities include managing office communications, maintaining records and filing systems, coordinating office resources, supporting basic accounting activities, and helping ensure a professional and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Experience in construction, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or branch operations environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to branch leadership and team members
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems
  • Order office supplies and support office resource management
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution.
  • Maintain office calendars and phone lists.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with office inventory and coordinate basic facility and office maintenance needs.
  • Support accounts receivable activities, including maintaining customer account records and documentation
  • Assist with invoice processing and accounts payable documentation
  • Process received customer payments and prepare bank deposits.
  • Maintain customer payment records and related financial documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal administrative inquiries
  • Communicate professionally with employees, managers, vendors, and customers
  • Coordinate meetings, staff events, travel arrangements, and training sessions as needed.
  • Assist with branch marketing materials, office signage, and promotional items as requested.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
