About The Position

Culligan of Northern Arizona is currently seeking an individual experienced in office administration to act as an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for all office tasks, scheduling and daily operations. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations and complete administrative tasks. This position will assist the General Manager in implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective Customer Service that exceeds the expectations of the customer.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Office Administration experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Strong communication, phone, scheduling and Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Direct and supervise daily operations for office staff.
  • Assist General Manager with month end close process for the branch.
  • Coach and counsel employees and address performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situations.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors on daily administrative operations.
  • Maintain an organized and clean office that is welcoming for employees and customers.
  • Manage office supplies inventory.
  • Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.
