About The Position

PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION Grande Prairie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process.

Requirements

  • Previous office administration or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is considered an asset.
  • Experience with RMS, Xactimate, Encircle, QuickBooks Online, or similar software is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
  • Answer phones, manage customer inquiries, visitor reception and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain project files, documentation, and company records.
  • Conduct customer follow-up and quality assurance calls.
  • Track customer satisfaction and address concerns as needed.
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and insurance partners.
