About The Position

Guy M Turner Inc is seeking a dependable, organized person to support our daily operations. This is a stable, long-term administrative position handling day-to-day workflow.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage paperwork and follow processes from start to finish
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of invoices and administrative tasks
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office/administrative experience in construction, trucking (or a related industry) is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist with customer calls
  • Book hotels and travel for crews
  • Process invoices (hourly billing)
  • Track job paperwork and ensure all required documentation is complete (POs, job folders, etc.)
  • Maintain records (certifications, job files, etc.)
