About The Position

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of related professional experience
  • Microsoft Office experience with strength in MS Excel
  • Strong work ethic - produces a high level of output
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to lead out in assigned areas and consistently follow through
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation with proven ability to delight customers
  • Competitive pay and employee benefits commensurate with experience

Nice To Haves

  • Higher education/degree preferred but not required
  • Quick Books competence a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
  • HR administrative support
  • Assist in Purchasing and Inventory Control
