Under general supervision and according to Firm policies and procedures, the Office Administrator is responsible for the general management of the law office. There is a direct reporting relationship to the Director of Office Administration and a functional reporting relationship to the Office Managing Shareholder. The role involves strategic and tactical planning, maintaining high standards of service and quality, financial management, human resources functions, facilities management, and coordination with IT and Marketing departments. The position also includes oversight of Legal Support Coordinators and Office Services Staff. Physical presence in the office is an essential duty.
