About The Position

We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) Freight Breakers LLC, company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Recruiter to support our daily operations and hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and is interested in growing within the logistics and recruiting field.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

• Manage general office administrative tasks, including paperwork and data entry
• Enter and track employee hours accurately
• Review applicants through platforms such as GetHired
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial interviews with applicants
• Assist selected candidates through the onboarding process
• Ensure all hiring documentation is accurate and submitted on time
• Coordinate start dates with site supervisors
