About The Position

Mobile Medical Corporation is seeking a motivated and dependable Office Administrator / Occupational Medical Services team member to join our Westlake, Ohio office. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who is interested in developing a career in occupational medicine. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day office operations, occupational medical services, client communication, and basic accounts payable/receivable functions. Experience in occupational health or substance abuse testing is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is interested in growing within MMC. The long-term goal of this position is to develop into a Lead Office Administrator role with increasing responsibility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education or relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and occupational medical services.
  • Previous healthcare, occupational health, or substance abuse testing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office walk-ins, jobsite services, screenings, substance abuse testing, and related documentation.
  • Support daily office operations, scheduling, records, reporting, supplies, and general administrative tasks.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and employees, respond to requests, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Learn MMC systems, procedures, and occupational medical services while progressively taking on additional responsibilities.
