The office manager efficiently manages the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the office. This position requires an individual with strong office management or administrative experience working with a small-sized team in an office environment. Professionalism, a positive attitude, a self-motivated work ethic, taking initiative, attention to detail, excellent organization skills, flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task are requirements for the position. This position requires a person who is energetic, professional, and has the ability to accomplish multiple roles as needed. The typical work week is Mon- Fri daily, 9 am to 5 pm but requires someone with the time flexibility throughout the week to occasionally adjust their schedule based on workload
