A well-established hospitality and event services organization is seeking an Office Administrator/ Event Planner to support daily operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with both the culinary and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination across all event and office functions. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, acting as the front-facing point of contact while also managing critical event documentation and internal communications. This individual will help ensure alignment across departments by organizing and distributing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintaining event details, and supporting leadership with administrative needs.
