We're looking for an organized, outgoing, and dependable Office Administrator who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. This position will begin as a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time career as our company continues to expand. Requirements

  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to learn company software systems such as WW360
  • Able to occasionally assist with light physical tasks related to receiving deliveries

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, remodeling, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and assisting customers
  • Greeting customers and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing customer information and paperwork
  • Assisting with order entry and contract processing
  • Ordering materials and supplies
  • Helping track inventory
  • Collecting payments and maintaining records
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Assisting with permits and administrative tasks
  • Following up with customers as needed
  • Helping receive and organize deliveries
  • Occasionally assisting with light unloading of materials
  • Supporting other office and operational functions as our company grows
