About The Position

Customer Service Representatives are the heartbeat of our office, offering calm, clarity, and confidence to customers when they need it most. This role involves scheduling service calls, assisting technicians, and performing various administrative tasks such as typing, sorting, printing, and mailing to ensure the smooth operation of the company. The representative will work closely with the Office Manager, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn (training provided).

Responsibilities
