About The Position

The position is primarily administrative in nature and works with team members to provide advanced administrative support and perform office management functions. The role involves maintaining an outstanding first impression in person and over the phone, screening and responding to incoming calls, processing mail, providing general information, and welcoming visitors. It also includes record keeping, filing, expense reporting, pre-planning for meetings, coordinating office events, booking travel and caterers, and setting up the office for success. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates comfort with customer contact and has a professional disposition.
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills and outstanding human relation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and take direction from various departments.
  • Quick thinker, at ease under pressure and comfortable trouble-shooting situations.
  • High level of organization.
  • Extensive computer work and the use of the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to all departments.
  • Maintains an outstanding first impression in person and over the phone.
  • Screens/responds to incoming calls, processes incoming and outgoing mail, provides general information, and welcomes customers, vendors, and internal clients.
  • Performs record keeping, filing, and expense reporting.
  • Completes pre-planning activities for meetings, coordinates office events, books travel and caterers, and sets up the office for success.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
