Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office administration, coordinator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing correspondence, phone calls, and welcoming visitors.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as required.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the wider team.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members when necessary.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure the office environment is well-maintained and professional.
