About The Position

This role requires excellent human relations and communication skills, proficiency in using a 10-key by touch, and the ability to interact effectively with the public in various situations. The position also requires the ability to work productively amidst frequent interruptions and a strong command of spreadsheet and word processing applications. Prior experience with Microsoft Office and ERP applications is beneficial. The job involves telephone usage and exposure to a manufacturing environment. Normal working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
