About The Position

WNC Laundry LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our busy 24/7 commercial laundry facility. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to multiple departments, assist management with day-to-day office functions, and help ensure efficient communication and organization throughout the facility. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of office administration, administrative assistant, or related experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain regular attendance.
  • Must be willing to assist in various departments as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management and administrative teams.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
  • Maintain employee files and general office records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Support HR, Payroll, Operations, and Accounting departments as needed.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Help coordinate communication between departments.
  • Greet visitors, applicants, vendors, and customers professionally.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Provide general office support and assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
