We are seeking a Office Administrative Assistant to support our growing satellite location in Marysville, WA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the office, assist with a wide range of clerical duties, and support various departments to ensure efficient office function and excellent communication.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an office, administrative or assistant role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team.

Nice To Haves

• associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

Responsibilities

• Assist the office with responsibilities including payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, customer communication, and scheduling installation dates for clients.
• Oversee the customer experience by coordinating effectively with the Senior Production Manager and Installation teams to ensure installation objectives are achieved.
• Manage the collection of customer payments and promptly follow up on any outstanding balances.
• Demonstrate comfort and proficiency in making a high volume of outbound phone calls to customers.
• Assist with other support functions as needed.
