About The Position

Provides a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to a variety of department(s) and/or program(s) and/or facility(ies).

Requirements

  • One (1) year experience in an office environment
  • Office Administration certificate
  • Basic - Accounting skills
  • Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Intermediate - Computer skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be available a minimum of two (2) days per week.
  • Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats & holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
  • For those who will enroll and obtain their office administration, programs will need to be reviewed by WPES.
