About The Position

West Shore Home is a leading home improvement company with over 40 locations nationwide and more than 3,000 employees. The Corporate Administration Manager will oversee executive and office administration, vendor and purchasing activities, employee access and badging, corporate event support, and other administrative services. This role also partners with Human Resources to coordinate HR communications, manage the HR calendar, track employee data, support reporting, and ensure HR initiatives are executed effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Executive Administration or a related field.
  • Prior relevant management experience, including coaching and training.
  • Experience in interacting with Executive team leaders.
  • Experience in audit and oversight, along with policy adherence.
  • Driven, motivated, self-starter who does not need daily direction or coaching.
  • Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, think quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of work.
  • Strong judgment and discretion with demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread, organize information, and tailor communications.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to organize and analyze employee or operational data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requests, delegate work, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the company’s print/uniform platform including uniforms and the employee store, ensuring the store website is up-to-date.
  • Manage badging and access for all employees.
  • Oversee relationships with key vendors such as Office Depot, Amazon, FedEx, DoorDash, and Nestle.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for corporate administrative professionals and the corporate barista.
  • Establish priorities and workflows for the Corporate Administration team, balancing planned responsibilities with urgent requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Human Resources communications, organizing requests, maintaining distribution schedules, proofreading, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely and accurate communications.
  • Own and maintain the HR calendar of events, communications, programs, deadlines, and key milestones, proactively identifying conflicts and needs.
  • Track, maintain, and organize employee, organizational, and HR program data, performing quality checks and reconciling information for accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring trackers, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documentation for HR leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative support for HR programs, employee events, leadership meetings, and other company initiatives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
