Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of proven administrative and clerical experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment.
  • Ability to operate standard business equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Must be able to adhere to prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to speak and write English, and hear to communicate.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to use hands to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Rental and Sales departments with clerical and support services, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms, invoices, and reports.
  • Composes, prepares, reviews, and distributes various documents.
  • Assists clerical and support staff with assigned duties.
  • Approves and maintains meeting reservations for the Corporate office.
  • Make catering and meal arrangements for Corporate office.
  • Maintains Corporate office supplies inventory.
  • Maintains Corporate office facility upkeep and janitorial needs, while updating the Corporate General Manager on any facility maintenance issues.
  • Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
