This role involves user and group administration, security configuration, issue resolution, and collaboration with the Identity & Access Management team to support access reviews, audits, clean-up efforts, and integration projects. The administrator also provides Tier 3 support for Office 365 products, offering advanced troubleshooting, user education, and contributing to configuration and project design initiatives.
