We are looking for an Active Directory/Level 2 Support Analyst for a 3 month term (possibility of an extension). The Active Directory Analyst plays a crucial role in managing and securing user access within an organization. This position is responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper access to systems and applications, and collaborating with technical teams to support identity and access management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Active Directory administration and identity/access management.
  • PowerShell scripting (familiarity with writing or running scripts)
  • Excel experience (familiarity with VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, PIVOT TABLES)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and account provisioning.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of security policies, access controls, and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot account and access issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Experience with change management and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provision and manage Active Directory accounts and access to applications.
  • Work directly with clients to assist with account setup, security permissions, and access management.
  • Liaise with infrastructure and application teams to ensure proper access provisioning.
  • Process and maintain ServiceNow requests for security provisioning, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver Active Directory administration processes and documentation.
  • Provide technical support in a courteous and responsive manner during migration projects.
  • Perform Microsoft Exchange administration related to user accounts and permissions.
  • Coordinate changes with support teams, following established change management processes.
  • Handle service desk requests, fulfill work requests, and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and service teams via email and phone to provide updates.
  • Assist with special projects and organizational IT initiatives as needed.
  • Manage the ticket lifecycle, ensuring proper tracking of technical requirements.
  • Train and guide users on best practices for software applications and system access.
