About The Position

The Primary goal of this SOW is to help configure Coreview workflows, permissions, documentation and other requirements needed to help the State of Missouri transition to M365. The SOW Contracted resources should have experience working in a state government or equivalent organizational level IT environment and experience with the SOMAD/Exchange environment.

Requirements

MUST BE Authorized to work in the US on W2
Must be local to Jefferson City.
Experience working in a state government or equivalent organizational level IT environment.
Experience with the SOMAD/Exchange environment.
Knowledge and experience with Windows desktop operating systems.
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Exchange management consoles.
Working knowledge of PowerShell and the ability learn new operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
Ability to learn and grow their troubleshooting skills in relation to the Active Directory and Exchange environments.

Nice To Haves

60 days supporting and maintaining SOMAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process requests to create, modify and delete Active Directory accounts.
Process requests to create, modify and remove access to applications and resources in the State’s network via group memberships.
Process requests to create, modify and delete e-mail, resource, contacts and distribution groups in the Exchange management console.
Create and maintain documentation for assigned areas.
Assist other IT teams with troubleshooting access to various resources within the network.
Ensure standardization, compliance and enforcement of policies and daily operating procedures.
