As an Offer Quality Leader, you will champion quality excellence throughout the entire offer lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving continuous improvement, risk management, and product quality performance. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will partner with global teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural, matrix organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own quality performance for assigned offers across marketing, design, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer support.
  • Define annual quality objectives and improvement roadmaps, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
  • Monitor quality performance through customer feedback, complaint data, manufacturing quality metrics, supplier performance, and field data.
  • Lead the technical complaint analysis process, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication.
  • Drive containment activities, including Business Risk Escalations and Expert Assessments, to protect customers and the business.
  • Represent the customer throughout the Product Evolution Process, ensuring quality impacts and risks are properly assessed.
  • Drive resolution and prevention of quality issues using 8D, Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Establish and oversee surveillance plans to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments for non-conforming products and quality incidents, making decisions related to shipment holds, delivery stops, and derogations when required.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric quality processes, standards, and governance frameworks while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
