About The Position
Primary functions of the Offal Room Attendant are to monitor the flow of offal and feathers to the trailers and ensure that all Slaughter/feathers dewatering screens are kept free of excess debris or build up. Indicate the major day-to-day problems you encounter, the solutions to these problems, and the actions you take independently. Communicate with your supervisor regarding work assignment or problems. Occasional communication with outside carriers on offal or feather trailer issues.

- Recording trailer conditions on offal log
