Requirements

  • Ability to work rotating shifts Including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Complete all required training including airport compliance
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lift up to 75lbs
  • Pass a criminal background screening
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Appearance Guidelines Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes. It is the policy of the Company that each employee’s dress, grooming, and personal hygiene should be appropriate to the work situation and be consistent with the Company’s business standards. With the exception of a fully-grown mustache, beard, or goatee all men must be clean shaven. Facial hair must be neatly trimmed at one-fourth of an inch in length and may not present an unkempt appearance. No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management. Clean & well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift

Responsibilities

  • A Baggage Handler offers guests assistance with their baggage.
  • Sort and tag baggage based on their destination and departure time.
  • Transfer checked luggage in and out of cargo vans/trucks
  • Assist with verifying that luggage is properly tagged and secured
  • Ensure highest level of customer service when providing baggage handling services
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or facility manager
