Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. The typical schedule for this role is 3:30 PM to midnight, offering an evening shift that supports work-life balance. Flexibility is key, as there will be requests to support third shift coverage—providing variety and a chance to further expand your impact across operations. Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Virginia
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace health standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care for work-related and non-work-related injuries and illness
• Lead injury case management and return-to-work coordination
• Partner with external providers and workers’ compensation teams
• Maintain OSHA logs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Administer occupational health programs (e.g., hearing, respiratory)
• Conduct medical evaluations and pre-employment screenings
• Support emergency preparedness and train First Responder Team
• Promote wellness through education, screenings, and vaccination programs
