About The Position

Vacatia is transforming the vacation ownership and rental industry by blending hospitality, technology, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences. We are building the next generation of travel lifestyle products and are looking for driven, relationship focused professionals to help us grow. We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Off Premise Coordinator to manage and coordinate all off site timeshare sales and marketing initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, strict compliance, and alignment with company standards.

Requirements

Availability to work five days per week including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and positive manner
Proficient computer skills with comfort using technology, particularly Android tablets
Ability to interact with families and children in a fast paced environment
Self motivated team player with strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate off premise sales and marketing events including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with sales goals, branding, and operational standards
Track and report on event performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives
Support compliance and documentation for off premise activities, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements
Promote professionalism and collaboration to ensure seamless experiences for all participants
