Our immigration practice group comprises experienced, dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses to develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees. Our Austin, TX office has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to join their fast-paced business immigration practice! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes across industries, including many Fortune 500 companies. Requirements

  • Juris Doctor.
  • Must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing.
  • Must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice during employment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • 4+ years of experience with employment-based visas (NIV and IV).
  • Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas is required.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.
  • Provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes across industries.
  • Handle client matters proactively, from case initiation and strategy/planning to successful case completion.
  • Remain accessible to all clients.
