About The Position

The OEM Returns Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of OEM returns back to our customers. The leading candidate will work with each value stream daily to develop an OEM returns priority plan.

Requirements

  • Technical Capability: Performs scheduling, inventory, routing updates, and all necessary ERP transactions to ensure flow of product.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex issues that arise during warranty processing.
  • Anticipates potential issues and proactively identifies solutions.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrates understanding of mechanical systems and components.
  • Solid understanding of full scope of assembly/repair and overhaul process.
  • Team Communication: Communicates effectively with team members, supervisors and cross-functional teams to support workflow and escalate immediate issues.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, processes, and schedules incoming product.
  • Creates and tracks work orders, maintains status in operating system.
  • Follows standard process to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis and determine work scope for product.
  • Accurately gathers and evaluates data, changes and maintains records per operating standards.
  • Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items.
  • Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.
