We’re looking for an OE Tire Mounter (Production Worker) to join our team and play a critical role in our daily operations. This fast-paced, line production position specializes in mounting and assembling wheels and tires with accuracy and consistency to meet daily production targets on both off-the-road (OTR) tires and wheels.

Requirements

• Basic tire and tire mounting knowledge helpful (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in team
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 150 pounds occasionally
• Ability to read and verify work order information

Responsibilities

• Preassemble and organize wheels and tires for mounting
• Read and understand wheel requests from customers
• Mount different size wheels and tires accurately and efficiently
• Use basic hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, air wrenches, and other essential tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Additional tasks as assigned
