ODM Material Manager
About The Position
TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients world-wide. This role is responsible for driving MRP alignment, managing CTB (Commit-to-Build) cycles, tracking material availability against build plans, escalating gating components, and ensuring on-time delivery to Client's global data center buildout schedule. Must have experience managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment, working directly with ODM planning and procurement teams, and translating material risks into actionable recovery plans. Strong cross-functional coordination skills required, this role interfaces daily with commodity managers, NPI teams, logistics, PO management and engineering to resolve constraints. Hyperscale or large-scale ODM/EMS experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate conflict, drive accountability with external partners, and communicate status concisely to leadership is essential.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience
- Experience managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience working directly with ODM planning and procurement teams

- End-to-end relationship with assigned ODM partners, serving as Client's single point of accountability for material readiness, supply continuity, and production execution across server and infrastructure hardware programs.
