About The Position

The Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) Resource Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that all projects and related travel have the appropriate resources assigned. This role is responsible for maintaining proper resource allocation as project timelines evolve. The Resource Manager works closely with ODA Project Managers, certification engineers, and other stakeholders to balance resource loads and support successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of detailed information accurately.
  • Proven track record of maintaining detailed and accurate records, documentation, and filing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including customization to enhance efficiency and productivity for record-keeping and documentation tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support project managers, articulate resource issues, and draft necessary documents.

Responsibilities

  • Assign resources (personnel, tools, and equipment) to various STC projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers to understand resource needs and project scopes.
  • Monitor and adjust resource assignments as project timelines change, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive schedule of resource allocations and forecast future resource needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure resources are meeting project deadlines and milestones.
  • Communicate changes in project schedules and resource assignments promptly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate and present reports on resource utilization, project status, and potential resource conflicts.
  • Provide regular updates to management on resource availability and project progress.
