About The Position

Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join their established and growing practice in Louisville, Kentucky. For over 30 years, Bennett & Bloom has been a trusted provider of ophthalmic care in the Louisville region, boasting 8 clinic locations, 8 affiliated surgery centers, and a strong regional referral network. This role offers a solid foundation to develop and expand a busy oculoplastics practice, with strong demand for oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery, and the opportunity to build a comprehensive oculoplastics service line. The position involves a mix of functional, reconstructive, and cosmetic procedures, supported by an established ophthalmology and optometric referral network, access to 8 affiliated surgery centers, advanced clinical and surgical technology, and experienced support teams. The role also offers a collaborative network of ophthalmologists, subspecialists, and optometrists, opportunities to build regional referral relationships, and potential for long-term professional and practice growth.

Requirements

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Oculoplastic Surgeon
Fellowship-Trained in Oculoplastics
Ability to build and grow a busy oculoplastics practice
Willingness to utilize advanced clinical and surgical technology
Ability to work collaboratively within a network of eye care professionals
