About The Position

Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers, a part of EyeCare Partners, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join their established and growing practice in Louisville, Kentucky. For over 30 years, Bennett & Bloom has been a trusted provider of ophthalmic care in the Louisville region, boasting 8 clinic locations, 8 affiliated surgery centers, and a strong regional referral network. This role offers an excellent foundation to build and grow a busy oculoplastics practice, with strong demand for oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery and the opportunity to develop a comprehensive service line. The position involves a mix of functional, reconstructive, and cosmetic procedures, supported by an established referral network, access to affiliated surgery centers, advanced technology, and experienced clinical support teams. Collaboration with a network of ophthalmologists, subspecialists, and optometrists is expected, along with building referral relationships throughout the region, offering long-term professional and practice growth.

Requirements

• Board-Certified/Board-Eligible
• Fellowship-Trained in Oculoplastic Surgery
• Current Oculoplastics Fellows and experienced Oculoplastic Surgeons are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform a mix of functional, reconstructive, and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures.
• Develop a comprehensive oculoplastics service line.
• Build and grow a busy oculoplastics practice.
• Collaborate with a network of ophthalmologists, subspecialists, and optometrists.
