About The Position

Help develop packaging and devices that protect and deliver ophthalmic medicines at a global eye care company in Fort Worth, Texas. Run tests, analyze data, and document results that inform product design. The role includes standardized testing, equipment validation, technical documentation, investigation support, and improvements to designs and test methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, plus 2 years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree.
• Hands-on technical testing and laboratory equipment experience.
• Experience with equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
• Technical documentation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized tests according to SOPs and test methods, focusing on accuracy and repeatability.
• Execute equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
• Analyze test results, identify trends or failures, and summarize findings.
• Write test protocols, reports, and SOPs aligned with quality requirements.
• Support investigations and help improve designs and test methods.
