About The Position

Help develop the packaging and devices that protect and deliver ophthalmic medicines at a global eye care company in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves running tests, analyzing data, and documenting results that shape product design. It is a contract position with possible extension, working Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with an immediate start.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, plus 2 years of directly related experience, or a Master's degree.
• Hands-on technical testing and laboratory equipment use.
• Experience with equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
• Technical documentation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized tests according to SOPs and test methods, focusing on accuracy and repeatability.
• Execute equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
• Analyze test results, identify trends or failures, and summarize findings.
• Write test protocols, reports, and SOPs aligned with quality requirements.
• Support investigations and help improve designs and test methods.
