The specialist also communicates OCS utilization activities and user feedback, completes annual recertification on all organ platforms, and provides customer support such as hospital in-services and refresher training. The position may require domestic air travel to clinical sites within and outside the specialist’s home region. It has no management responsibilities. TransMedics plans to relocate its headquarters to Somerville, Massachusetts by 2028; timing and role impact may vary.
