About The Position

The Ocean Rewards Representative is responsible for greeting all guests in a pleasant, courteous and enthusiastic manner while registering guest information for the Players Club.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
Ability to communicate with customers and team members in a clear and concise manner
Superior customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs and requests.
Ability to effectively communicate in English

Responsibilities

Provide high level of guest service by greeting all guests individually and pleasantly with a positive, pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
Answer all questions by guests and input their information into the database.
Understand and explain Loyalty Card programs and rewards to team members and customers.
Enroll customers into the Loyalty Card program, update existing information, issue cards and emphasize the rewards and benefits of the Card Program.
Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to other staff, property-wide/company promotions, events and programs.
Perform the duties of a Special Events Representative based on business needs. This includes but is not limited to assisting in guest registration, set-up, close out, and on-site execution of Special Events.
Assist at Headliner Shows, assist guests with entry by scanning tickets, giving directions, etc.
