About The Position

The Ocean Inbound Analyst will manage ocean inbound and drayage operations, perform daily inbound shipment tracking, and follow up on pending shipments. This role involves conducting freight invoice verification, managing carrier performance, and coordinating with drayage providers. The analyst will communicate effectively with internal customers, factories, warehouses, ports, and carriers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain operations. A key responsibility is to ensure shipment commitments are delivered as promised and to maintain accurate records while closely managing operational details.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field of study
• 0-2 years of Logistics experience
• Some Supply Chain experience with international suppliers and carriers
• Experience with MS Excel (Pivot Table & Lookup function)
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Highly detail-oriented and responsible
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP ERP or other logistics software is preferred
• Electronics logistics experience preferred
