About The Position

Our client is seeking Occupational Therapy candidates for positions in Lonetree, Colorado. The position is for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening.

Requirements

• Current resume
• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• 2 current clinical references
• Physical examination within the last 12 months
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
