About The Position
Our client is seeking Occupational Therapy professionals for positions in Duncan, Oklahoma. The role is for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The hiring process requires current documentation, certifications, clinical references, health screenings, vaccinations, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
